Returns:
All exchanges/returns must be pre-approved within 30 days.
Returns are for store credit only, valid for one year.
Books, tapes, videos, CDs, DVDs, Usage Guides, Timers, and Eyesbags cannot be returned.
If you return an item to us in less than "as new" condition, we must
charge you for the deficit in value.
No returns on items shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States.

If you decide to cancel your order and it has already shipped, you will be
responsible for returning it at your own expense. In addition, you will be charged
for our shipping the product to you and issued a store credit for the difference. If
the package has been opened, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.

If you refuse a shipment that was not cancelled according to the Cancellation
Policy, you will be charged for shipping of the product both ways. A store credit will
be issued for the difference.
