A Sticky Mat is the perfect surface for yoga because it keeps your feet, hands and elbows from slipping. The friction helps you stretch wholeheartedly, without holding back to keep your hands and feet from sliding. Sticky Mats also provide a tiny bit of padding -- enough to keep your knees and elbows from getting bruised, but not so much that you wobble and lose your balance in the standing poses. Because not all mats work for all people, we sell seven - yes, SEVEN - different Sticky Mats.
