Disc One teaches an
energizing sequence for strength and flexibility. The tracks include
Sun Salutations, Dancing Warrior, Standing Poses, Standing Pose Flow,
Balance Poses, Abdominal Strengthening, Backbends. Note: this program is audio only.
Disc Two teaches a
rejuvenating flow for deep release and relaxation. Tracks include
Full-Body Warm-Up, Forward Bends & Twists, Hip Openers &
Twists, Inversions, Meditation and Deep Breathing.
Shiva Rea is a certified yoga tearcher who has synthesized the Ashtanga
and Iyengar styles. She teaches on the faculty of UCLA's World Arts and
Cultures program and writes for Yoga
CDs, 2 hours.
