Designed for folks without time for a grueling 1.5 hour ashtanga
routine, this tape teaches three forms: a 15-minute intensive series; a
30-minute beginner series; and a 45-minute intermediate series. Each of
these ashtanga -based series includes standing poses, forward bends,
hip stretches, twists, inversions, backbends and transition moves. Same
excellent instruction as in David's other tapes. 2 hours.
