stretch and strengthen every muscle that affects back comfort.
In this program, Lillah
demonstrates a daily routine that will give you a stronger, healthier
back. She guides you through a series of twelve exercises that will
help relieve back pain. Lillah demonstrates pose alignment and
execution. She also explains pain management, the correction of common
errors, and specific back problems.
This program includes 60
minutes of instruction, plus 30 minutes of guided practice. Instruction
is clear, and the routine is intelligent, safe and helpful.
