a joke! The program is anything but relaxing.
Nevertheless, this is an excellent workout and instructional video.
Thorough, intensive Ashtanga sequence that includes standing
backbends, hip stretches, abdominal strengtheners and twists in one
continuous series. Freeman is magnificent to watch!
