Great instruction in an excellent routine that stretches and
strengthens your entire body. Includes standing poses, forward bends,
twists, backbends and inversions. Offers alternatives for difficult
poses. Although beginners can learn from this program, most will be
unable to do everything shown. Ward is clear, focused and refreshingly
unsugary. Her style is closer to the Iyengar method than to Power Yoga
or Ashtanga Yoga. This program is so good that we recommend it even for
people who are not going through menopause!
