a catalyst for making positive changes in your life. Susan Rosen
produced this video from her own experience as a yoga teacher and
breast cancer survivor. Following her daily restorative yoga practice
for several monthes after surgery, Susan was amazed at how quickly her
body recovered. Yet interviews with other survivors revealed that most
were not given any physical therapy after surgery or radiation -- the
most important times to stretch and help your body remain supple. The
gentle stretching and restorative nature of this program can move mind,
