WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, ONLY STORE CREDITS.
Wooden
items are sometimes backordered and must be built for
your order. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be charged
upon order, balance charged when we ship.
Our furniture is not created in a factory; it is handmade in our San Francisco woodshop.
We inspect each piece we finish. If we determine it is cosmetically challenged, we sell
it at a reduced price.
Visiting
Us:
When you buy yoga
equipment at our warehouse, you avoid shipping charges. You also have
the opportunity to try items that interest you in our beautiful studio
before buying. Please make an appointment before coming

We conduct our business primarily over the phone and internet, and we
need to make sure that a member of our staff will be available to help
you. If you show up unexpectedly, we may not be able to accommodate you.

Claims of benefits
from using yoga equipment derive from our own experiences and observations.
We are not medically trained. Please consult a health professional
before using yoga aids or any other exercise equipment.
All exchanges/returns must be pre-approved within 30 days.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. S/H is not refundable.
Books, tapes, videos, CDs, DVDs, Usage Guides cannot be returned.
Authorized returns are for store credit only and are valid for one year.
If you return an item to us in less than "as new"condition, we must charge you for the deficit in value.
Cancelled
orders
If you decide to cancel your order and it has already shipped, you will be
responsible for returning it at your own expense. In addition, you will be charged
for our shipping the product to you and issued a store credit for the difference. If
the package has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
If you refuse a shipment, you will be charged for shipping of the product both ways.
A store credit will be issued for the value of the product, less 20% restocking fee.
